This puzzle is inspired by the Japanese tradition of joinery, which creates furniture without nails, screws, or glue… just cleverly interlocking components. It’s made of beechwood and designed by Brooklyn-based Yoshiaki Ito, who has also created toys, furniture, and other objects. And for five pieces, it’s surprisingly hard.
