In the early years, our employees were known for going sockless, so we recognize that there are some jokes to be made about SM-branded socks. These, though, are fantastic. Each pair is expertly made in Portugal with 200-needle construction and preshrunk to maintain shape even after repeated washes. These in particular are a dressy, cashmere-silk blend with equal parts softness and refinement… a step up from our merino offerings. The yarn comes from a super-renowned Italian spinning mill that’s over 100 years old, and it’s double-plied for maximal strength and minimal torquing. Like we said… fantastic.
