They’re designed by jewelry veteran Leslie Tcheyan and her two daughters, Octavia and Thea. (Zoom in; the detailing is really exquisite.) This pair is made with gold vermeil, lapis, turquoise, horn, and pearl. And they’re surprisingly lightweight, so wearing them all night is less of a commitment than it looks. Probably less of a commitment than owning a live pair of birds!
