Description
Trudon is the world’s oldest candlemaker still in business. From the champagne-bucket-inspired glass housing to the gilded plaque on the front, and even the deo regique laborant motto (“[the bees] work for God and the King”), everything about the brand is luxurious. This scent is both floral and fierce, an homage to 17th-century fencer Madeleine de Maupin. It combines heart notes of jasmine and iris with a base of leather and moss. A really special gift.
