Ideal for slicing firm loaves and tough rinds of large fruits and vegetables, the serrated stainless steel blade folds into the beech wood handle, making the knife easy and safe to store and transport for outdoor use. A serrated knife does not slice through paper or nylon like a straight edge would. It’s best to use a serrated blade to cut through tough exteriors like bread crust or a ripe tomato that would be crushed otherwise!
