Trudon is the world’s oldest candlemaker still in business. From the champagne-bucket-inspired glass housing to the gilded plaque on the front, and even the deo regique laborant motto (“[the bees] work for God and the King”), everything about the brand is luxurious. Abd el Kader is a fresh green scent that draws on Moroccan mint tea, with head notes of spearmint and ginger and clove, and a heart of jasmine. A really special gift.
